We’ve already discussed the importance of the community aspect of sauna. Sauna is very much a social practice for us… but it wasn’t always this way. When we first dove into the world of sauna, we were alone in our discovery. So we started reaching out and finding ways to connect with others in the sauna community, both online and in-person.
